The Kenmore Cricket Club strives to develop players to their full potential. Our club takes pride in the fact that we provide a pathway for talented juniors to the senior, state and national cricket teams. Several Kenmore junior players have gone on to play first-class cricket, such as Chris Hartley (pictured). We also take pride in the fact that the club provides a positive, social environment for all players - seniors and juniors - to enjoy the game of cricket.
The Kenmore Cricket Club recommends that members stay in junior cricket up to at least the under 16 age group. After that, those who want to take their cricket to the next level will need to join a senior club that plays in the Premier Grade competition. The Premier Grade competition is run by Queensland Cricket and is the pathway to state and national representative honours. The Premier Grade clubs in our region are:
- Western Suburbs District Cricket Club
- The University of Queensland Cricket Club
- South Brisbane District Cricket Club
- Valley District Cricket Club
- Ipswich-Logan Cricket Club

If a member still wants to play senior cricket but is not keen to play in the Premier Grade Competition, our club plays senior cricket in competitions organised by the Warehouse Cricket Association or the Queensland Sub-Districts Cricket Association.
If anyone is interested in playing senior cricket for our club, please contact our club secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0404 463 309.
